Ducati dealers top PSI for second consecutive year

For the second consecutive year, Ducati dealers led the industry in the annual Pied Piper Prospect Satisfaction Index (PSI). PSI measures how dealerships treat motorcycle shoppers in 50 different sales process categories. Mystery shopper title goes to Ducati dealers

Ducati dealers took a big jump in the 2014 Pied Piper Prospect Satisfaction Index, up 7 points from 2013. The 114 score helped them surpass Harley-Davidson dealerships' score (111) and lead the industry for the first time since 2009.
